In this hands-on role, you will provide coordination of services and advocacy for newborns in the NICU and their families. This position is home-based with daily travel to local hospitals to oversee the medical management of neonates.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- RN unrestricted TN licensed;
- 5+ years of recent NICU experience
- UR/Managed Care experience preferred;
- BSN degree is desirable;
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in internet-based & MS Office applications;
- Telephone triage experience.
