In the tradition of our namesake, Saint Elizabeth Seton, the staff of the Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center is dedicated to providing top quality care to children who have complex medical and rehabilitative needs. We are an $80 million healthcare system with a new state-of-the-art facility in Yonkers, New York. In expanding our continuum, we are seeking to add to our healthcare team a Registered Nurse for full-time, days and nights.

We are seeking an experienced RN to be responsible for providing assessment of the resident, plan intervention and evaluate the outcome of care provided; perform treatments and special care as required, ex. Tracheotomy Care, Vent Care, Wound Care, Tube feeding, Infection Control practices; administer medication and immunizations, preform additional diverse duties as assigned, and willingness to work in primary care model in a pediatric setting. The successful candidate will be expected to create a positive Team environment and demonstrate commitment to the principles of our Mission.

Requirements:

• Pediatric experience preferred.
• One (1) year clinical experience in a pediatric and/or adolescent chronic/rehabilitative care facility preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current NYS RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current BCLS certification.
