Pediatric Speech Therapist
Full Time & Part Time

Excellent positions available for individuals to evaluate and assess primarily outpatient but also inpatient hospital neonate, pediatric and adolescent patients with speech, language and voice disorder and oral motor/feeding disorders to determine their level of function. Responsibilities include developing and performing therapeutic treatment programs that reflect age and developmentally appropriate activities and documents findings; communicating and working closely with Medical Staff and other healthcare professionals; and participating in clinical education programs and departmental program development in assigned areas. Must follow practices in accordance with American Speech Language and Hearing Association’s Code of Ethics.

Qualifications: 2+ years feeding experience with medically fragile children in an acute care setting and outpatient basis. Previous experience conducting the MBSS in pediatrics. Cleft palate and modified Barium Swallow studies. Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from a college or university accredited by the council on Academic Accreditation in Speech Language Pathology (CAA) required. Current New Jersey State license and registration in Speech and Language Pathology or eligibility and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required. Previous experience preferred; especially in Pediatric Rehabilitation.
