Formerly home to the Masonic Lodge, the Smith Building offers large bedrooms with turn of the century details, as well as new apartments that were once part of the large meeting hall. Several apartments face the park, with park views from the living rooms. They include apartments 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 and 9.
There is a shared coin-operated laundry on the second floor, with 2 washers and 2 dryers.
On the street level there is retail space that includes a hair stylist, a nail salon and 2 restaurants, including La Iguana, a popular spot for Colgate Students. The second floor is also home to Hamilton Center for the Arts.
